Egg Minder

If your household goes through a lot of eggs on a regular basis then here is a cool product that you must have in your kitchen. Quirky's Egg Minder is a smart tray that lets you remotely check the freshness of your eggs. Yes its totally true. The latest design from the Quirky + GE partnership, the Egg Minder is a “smart egg tray” that syncs via Wi-Fi so you can use your phone to check how many eggs are left in the basket or carton. The cool product also let you know when the oldest one got in there so you know how fresh your eggs are, and how many you might need to pick up on the next trip to the supermarket. The proposed app lets you select each egg one by one to check its shelf life. Each tray holds up to 14 eggs and needs two AA batteries to run.

By using this product you can check which egg is the oldest in your tray which gets denoted by the built-in LED lights provided in the tray. The egg minder has a plastic cap that keeps the entire tray covered to prevent accidental breakage.

Cherry Chomper

Cherries yes you all heard it right. Who doesn't like to eat cherries, I know we all do but it's always bothersome to have that pit taking away all the fun of eating cherries. Don't worry I am here with good news for you all, Talisman Designs have come up with a great new product called Cherry Chomper which will get you rid of all those pits inside the cherries that too very easily.  The Cherry Chomper is a safe, easy, mess-free way to remove the pits from cherries for pie-baking or immediate consumption. Cherry Chomper features a plunger-type action that pushes the pit and the juice into Cherry Chompers bottom container so it is 100% mess-free. The protective tooth ensures that hands and fingers won't be touched by any of the components - making this item a great gadget for kids. The process is simple: toss whole cherries into the Cherry Chomper's mouth (with or without stems), press down at the top, and a plunger forces the unwanted pits cleanly into a collection tube. Cherries are left mostly intact with a tiny "X" mark on one side and a clean hole on the other. Cherry Chomper stands six inches tall and comes in a four-color giftable box.
